
Customer Interaction Specialist

This role focuses on providing excellent customer interactions as the first point of contact.
About The RoleThe ideal candidate will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and operational support in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing inbound enquiries, supporting internal and external sales functions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage SAP and CRM systems to monitor customer activity, follow up in a timely manner, identify new opportunities, and escalate qualified leads.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the business by performing various tasks that align with broader goals and performance targets.
We seek an experienced professional with strong communication skills, numerical and organisational abilities, and proficiency in CRM and ERP platforms.
Desirable knowledge and experiences include familiarity with drivetrain, heavy vehicle, or workshop operations, previous exposure with internal sales and customer service, warehousing, inventory, or logistics processes, and understanding of safety and compliance demands.
