Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts within the required time frame
  • Arrange payment plans to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Manage customer direct debits to ensure seamless payment processing
  • Meet required standards of quality in all customer interactions
  • Meet attendance requirements in line with contract and company policies
  • Other KPI's as required

Role Details:

  • Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Rotating Roster
  • No weekends or public holidays
  • Multiple casual and full-time opportunities available
  • Must be available for 3 weeks of full-time paid training to set you up for success
  • Location: Joondalup WA
  • Australian Based Role

  • Build trust and deliver excellent service over the phone
  • Navigate complex inquiries while staying compliant
  • Effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
  • Show resilience and flexibility in every customer interaction
  • Use multiple systems confidently while actively listening
  • Complete a National Police Clearance
  • Have full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
