We are seeking an exceptional IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team

About the Role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing prompt and effective support to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues over the phone, on-site, or via our CRM suite, covering desktops, applications, connectivity, and minor hardware problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and resolving complex technical issues, including software and hardware configurations before escalating them to the EUC team.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by responding promptly to service requests and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending enhancements to our IT support tools and processes.
  • Maintaining and updating all necessary support documentation to ensure accurate information is readily available.
  • Assisting with ongoing maintenance of our IT asset registers to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Traveling within state and interstate as required to provide on-site support.
  • Being flexible with your availability to cover rotating rostered shifts, ensuring 24/7 service desk coverage.
  • Mentoring and training junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a similar IT support position.
  • Formal IT qualifications are highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders over the phone and electronically.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • A valid driver's license.
