Disability Support Worker

As a Disability Support Worker at Kirinari Community Services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living. Our team provides high-quality, 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodation settings, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Assist customers in accessing and engaging with their community.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our customers.
- Ability and willingness to work shift work, including regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
- Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
- Proficiency in using computers and learning various software programs.
- Current Driver's Licence.
