About the Role

This permanent full-time position involves overseeing large, complex, and multi-layered projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Key responsibilities include leading work onsite to optimize resource utilization, managing teams of supervisors and leading hands, and collaborating with engineering, safety, environmental, and workshop staff.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of industry experience, preferably in civil construction.
  • Demonstrated supervisory ability of teams exceeding 50 people.
  • Effective relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • OHS Supervisor training.
  • Plant tickets, restricted operating licenses, general safety cards, and drivers' licenses.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
