This job posting seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the remote location of Katherine. The successful candidate will provide clinical care to residents within our facility, working across a rotating fortnightly roster that includes both day and night shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a firm yet caring nature and be able to demonstrate previous experience as a skilled Registered Nurse with preference to geriatric or aged care environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical care to residents within our facility
- Work across a rotating fortnightly roster that includes both day and night shifts
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians and support workers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- Full working rights to work in Australia
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse (in addition to graduate placements)
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team
