**Job Description:

  • Aiding in the creation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing support in preparing business activity statements, including data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Helping to complete individual tax returns, utilizing expertise in taxation laws and regulations.
  • Assisting with Xero bookkeeping for business clients, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Condensing complex data into actionable insights for business clients.
  • Conducting tax research and communicating effectively with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
  • Performing bookkeeping and account administration tasks, ensuring efficient financial operations.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of taxation laws and regulations
