Job Opportunity: Young Horse Trainer/Rider, Educator/Rider/Conditional Jump Jockey

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill various roles within our organization.

The successful candidates will be responsible for riding, educating and training horses on the flat and over fences. They will also be required to work in a team, independently or have proven management experience for senior roles.

Candidates should possess:

  • Knowledge and experience of horse training and handling methods specific to thoroughbred racing
  • Proven ability to train and educate young horses
  • Ability to plan and implement training regimes and feeding plans
  • Oral and written communication skills to take instruction and provide information
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe operation of equipment relevant to the training and preparation of racehorses

Successful applicants will receive a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on the level of responsibility.
