Origination Banker Job Description

Our origination bankers are key players in helping clients access innovative loan, bond, and structured funding markets financing solutions. They engage with senior client stakeholders across various markets and sectors to structure bespoke financing solutions.

As an origination banker, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality, risk-optimal financing solutions to our clients. You will have a deep understanding of primary credit markets, key industry developments within the business line you're supporting, and fundamentals of valuation and risk assessment.

You will also be adept at negotiating, communicating, and influencing stakeholders in decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the implementation of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) strategy.
  • Formulating business strategies for Commercial Real Estate Financing (CRE) in the context of the overall Global Banking framework.
