Job Overview

This role focuses on leading maintenance teams to execute tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance Team Leadership: Oversee a team responsible for various activities like HVAC, electrical equipment, firefighting, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
  2. Operational Planning: Plan, coordinate, and lead the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical utilities, including HVAC equipment, diesel generators, and UPS.
  3. Maintenance Execution: Supervise the execution of periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans.
  4. Utility Monitoring: Monitor electrical and chilled water consumption to ensure it meets required standards; investigate any increases.
  5. Spare Parts Provision: Provide spare parts and tools for executing corrective and preventive maintenance and safety equipment.
  6. Ensuring Safety: Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely.
  7. Method Statement Preparation: Prepare method statements and risk assessments for all maintenance activities.
  8. Contractor Management: Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for development, replacement, and renovations.

This position requires excellent English language skills, a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and 5+ years of experience in facility management.
