Senior Consultant or Manager - Business Valuations

We invite applications for a highly skilled professional to join our global team, providing expert advice on preserving, optimizing, raising, or investing capital. As part of our dynamic and diverse organization, you will work collaboratively with clients and project teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes including management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
  • Take ownership of projects within each team, managing and preparing valuation reports that may include assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modeling and analysis.
  • Think critically, identify issues, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel, other project teams, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience.
  • A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Direct experience utilizing various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc.) for different purposes.
  • Experience in financial modeling in MS Excel and related software is preferred.
  • Experience conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes is desired.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
