Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally in transformation projects">
  • Skilled in writing API specs, system integration, and technical documentation">
  • Strong understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping">
  • Excellent facilitation skills, leading workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders">
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal, with a sharp eye for detail">
  • Proficient in DevOps, SQL, Confluence, Excel, Miro, and diagramming tools">
  • Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments">
