Lead Digital Learning Experience Designer

We're building a global leadership development programme that empowers leaders across regions to adapt, connect and deliver with impact. As our Digital Learning Lead, you'll craft digital learning experiences that are sharp, engaging, and deeply human.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop digital learning assets for leadership development across all levels.
- Create compelling content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with our brand and learning outcomes.
- Advise on the best media and formats to deliver learning outcomes effectively.
- Apply human-centered design and design thinking principles to ensure content is inclusive, engaging and accessible.
- Proven experience in digital learning design, especially for leadership or people development audiences.
- Strong instructional design skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behaviour change.
- Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other eLearning platforms.
- A curious mindset — you're already exploring emerging technologies like AI and thinking about how they can enhance learning experiences.
