Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the wellbeing and inclusion program, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies for student wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Manage and coordinate the program's operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Education or related field.
  • Master's Degree or higher is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a management or coordinator role in a school is desirable.

  • Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
