Key Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key accounts and strategic partners. As a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, we specialize in personal care and fertility products.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and preferences
  • Negotiating sales agreements and contracts to meet revenue goals
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Performing market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for growth
  • Monitoring sales metrics and preparing detailed performance reports for management
  • Seeking out upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor activities

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management or relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer data
  • Competency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
  • Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
