Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to fill the role of Field Service Engineer in our NSW Service Team.

This position involves being physically active, traveling, and managing your own territory. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and reactive maintenance for medical equipment at customer sites, building strong customer relationships, and supporting other Field Service Engineers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation Support: Providing assistance with the installation of medical capital equipment;
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving equipment issues to ensure operational functionality;
  • Site Liaison: Coordinating with our Service Coordination team before visiting customer sites;
  • Documentation: Completing service documentation using mobile devices.
Requirements:
  • A valid Electrical License (essential);
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills;
  • A current Driver's License;
  • Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, preferably in the medical technology sector;
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional results;
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and as part of a high-performing team.
