About The Role

This senior leadership role supports our services with strategic direction, operational excellence, and the outworking of our Lutheran values. As a senior leader, you will provide strategic leadership across aged care services, ensuring alignment with national reforms and best practice models.

  • Provide strategic leadership across aged care services.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Build strong partnerships with government, industry, and community stakeholders.
  • Influence policy, funding, and service design to meet the evolving needs of older Australians.
