Senior Aged Care Leader

This is a critical leadership role that requires the ability to influence practice standards, resource management, and team culture across the aged care environment.
The successful candidate will use their clinical expertise and leadership skills to support Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers and Nursing Directors.
- Responsibilities include staffing methodologies, recruitment, human resource management, financial administration, ACFI funding management, resident admissions, accreditation processes, and risk and resource management.
- Accountable for nursing management outcomes, ensuring policy and practice alignment, and promoting a safe, positive, and high-functioning workplace culture.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post-registration experience.
- Demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice standards.
- Experience in management and leadership roles.
- Experience managing projects within an aged care setting.
- Support both personally and professionally, including education and training opportunities.
