The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with deep expertise in aged care, health, or human services, who can provide strategic direction, lead multidisciplinary teams, and foster collaboration and innovation.
About the Role:- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Provide leadership and guidance on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with national reforms and best practice models.
- Champion Quality Care: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, prioritize quality care, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Deep expertise in aged care, health, or human services
- Proven track record of leading complex service delivery environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate reform agendas and build strong partnerships with government, industry, and community stakeholders
