Leadership Team Manager

The core responsibility of this role is to oversee, manage and train a team in day-to-day operations. Ideally, the candidate will possess at least one year of experience in supervising staff in a customer-facing or support environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily activities and implement operational processes.
  • Allocate tasks efficiently and review progress regularly.
  • Provide continuous guidance, feedback, and training opportunities.
  • Identify skills gaps and develop performance improvement plans.
  • Manage schedules and leave allocations while ensuring effective resourcing.
  • Escalate complex issues promptly and find solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process.
Required Skills
  • Good understanding of technical support principles.
  • Previous experience in leadership or management roles.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and technical requirements (desirable).
  • Desirable: advance technical skills such as server administration, PowerShell, firewall configuration.
