Who we're looking for:As a Novated Leasing Consultant within the Novated Sales team, you will meet individual and team sales targets for both new business and aftermarket sales.
Administration, including quoting and retrieving documents related to the sale is required within the role.
Consultants also must manage a list of customers whose leases are coming to an end and offer the end of lease options.What you'll be doing:Selling Novated leases through a variety of lead sourcesUp-selling and cross-selling Novated products and services via inbound leadsKeeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframesIdentifying sales opportunities from the existing client's databaseAttending relevant product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other Consultants.Meet individual monthly sales budgetsFacilitating end to end customer service from initial enquiry to customer taking delivery of the vehicle, including arranging quotations for the customer, and facilitating credit applications.Preparing customers for their end of lease processWe're looking for someone who's At least 2-3 years' experience in a Sales role (within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment or similar preferred though not essential)Proven strong sales and presentation skills and displays a high level of verbal and written communication and service skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environmentAbility to build rapport quickly and engage with customersAbility to effectively communicate, with the ability to convince and pursued customersHave an optimistic view and be able to embrace and seek feedbackBe able to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment and have a passion for salesEnjoy change and be responsive to agile environmentsHave high levels of resiliencePossess self-confidence to effectively interact with othersPossess and demonstrate organisation skillsAbility to comprehend legislation and compliance requirements around financial products and related Leasing productsBe influential and demonstrate this by successfully building strong relationships with key stakeholdersWe offer:We are always developing our benefits for our team, this includes:Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.Up to 27 days annual leave, inclusive of 5 additional days and 2 care days.Corporate discounts with Reward Gateway.
