Key Role in Infrastructure Delivery

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the delivery of major infrastructure projects. This embedded project role will be employed on a permanent basis, requiring collaboration with AECOM's multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver work packages on time and to programme for multiple Ballarat road packages.
  • Work closely with design modellers and drafters to achieve high-quality documentation that meets client requirements.
  • Support engineering efforts for Ballarat Service Road West and East packages.
  • Liaise with SSA Engineering Team to ensure alignment between design and construction requirements.
  • Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders through facilitated workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Review and respond to stakeholder comments in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recent experience working with consultants, contractors, and government agencies in designing or delivering major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical design ability, specifically in transport infrastructure design, with some CAD software experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and meet set deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client focus, motivation, and dedication, with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and RPEV/CPEng (or working towards).
