Job Overview

A senior facilities coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across a large portfolio of government service sites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work orders and service requests using computerized maintenance management systems
  • Supervise contractors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery
  • Manage site access, safety protocols, and issue resolution
  • Provide reporting and input on budgeting, purchasing, and invoice processing
  • Act as the primary contact for internal teams and client services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities or property coordination roles
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and PO/invoice management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CMMS platforms and MS Office software
