Quality and Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to drive quality initiatives, ensure compliance, and contribute to the delivery of safe, person-centred care. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality/auditing and aged care.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact on our organisation's quality and safety outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external audits, investigating complaints or emerging trends, and reviewing quality activities to ensure accurate reporting and feedback.

The role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About This Role
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate complaints or emerging trends to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Review quality activities to ensure accurate reporting and feedback.
  • Support the rollout of new systems and organisation-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across departments to design, implement, and monitor systems enhancing quality and safety.
  • Contribute to committees and mentor colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and best practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with aged care reforms and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
