Great opportunity for a Customer Engagement professional who is dedicated, experienced in sales and committed to providing quality service, to join our Home & Community Services team, based in Hunters Hill.

In this role, you will work as part of a team of outstanding Customer Engagement Officers. You will be helping seniors gain access to home care services that enable them to live their best lives in their homes for as long as possible.

In addition to promoting the wide range of services we offer, you will help our clients and their families navigate various Government Funding programs and processes. Working autonomously in a team environment, you will be responsible for managing your leads to drive your own performance and results.

Your ability to build existing and new client relationships by “nurturing” clients and the carers through the sales process, from the initial lead/opportunity to booking in a home visit for Care Advisors to onboard the client will assist in your success.

Training will be provided for all aspects of the role and systems used to gain key client information to ensure success nurturing and data integrity, which is measurable.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Experience in lead conversion and working with KPI’s
- Patience, empathy and the ability to clearly explain complex processes
- Demonstrated success in a busy sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills required
- Ability to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be able to provide evidence of covid & flu vaccination
