Job Overview

This position requires a detail-oriented professional to manage loan and lease payments, reconcile financial records, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing incoming funds via wire transfers, internal accounts, and ensuring accuracy in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconciling daily, weekly, and monthly financial records, researching discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitoring daily activity and reviewing control processes for monetary transactions and clearing accounts.
  • Preparing and processing daily entries, reviewing and approving team member entries, and maintaining source documentation.
  • Tracking incoming wire transfers and ACH transactions, maintaining spreadsheets for accurate posting, and validating payments and payoffs as expected.
  • Submitting all payments and payoffs received via wire & ACH to Posting, along with buyout quotes and screenshots after verifying funds.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business or related field.
  • Three years of working knowledge in Company documentation and banking operations, including accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of debits and credits, general ledgers, journal entries, and other financial concepts.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working conditions for this role involve frequent minimal physical effort, with occasional moving and lifting light equipment/furniture. We offer a competitive salary range from $54,375.00 USD to $82,500.00 USD, depending on skills, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
