Job Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for consolidating and analyzing financial and operational data to provide strategic insights and recommendations that drive business improvement.

This role involves creating complex models, summaries, and reports to offer in-depth analysis of current operations, risks, and opportunities. The Manager collaborates with the Finance team and other stakeholders to develop accurate and effective analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize financial models, including cash flow forecasting, revenue recognition, operational KPIs, and more.
  • Perform comprehensive financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metric tracking.
  • Develop analytical models to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure precise financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the annual operating plan.
  • Increase productivity by designing automated reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with department leaders on ad-hoc requests.
