Job Opportunity:

A high-calibre leader is required to manage a new early learning and childcare centre. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the centre's operations, including staffing, child enrolment, budgeting, stakeholder management, and centre-related communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day centre operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective team management.
  • Oversee the implementation of high-quality care and educational programs that foster children's holistic development.
  • Implement centre-level values, goals, and behaviours aligned with the Early Learning philosophy.
  • Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with co-located services and schools.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and management within the early childhood education sector.
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and frameworks, including Child Safe Standards and Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Proven financial management and administrative skills specific to early childhood education and care.
  • Ability to lead teaching teams and demonstrate competency in staff management.
