**Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to direct a brand new, purpose-built Early Learning Centre in Numurkah, a vibrant town located just 37 kilometres north of Shepparton in the Shire of Moira.

About the Role:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Early Learning Centre.
  • Act as the nominated supervisor, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of early childhood educators.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with ECEC frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standards, Child Protection and Child Safe Standards, Approved Frameworks, and all Early Learning Victoria policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with families and the wider community.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Approved Early Childhood teaching qualification (Diploma or Degree).
  • Working with Children Check or VIT Police check clearance check.
  • Mandatory reporting First aid.
  • Two references that can attest to you working with children.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early learning setting.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standards, and Child Protection legislation.
