A pioneering opportunity has arisen to establish a new early learning centre in Numurkah. As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals and creating a nurturing environment that fosters high-quality learning experiences for children and families.

The Role

">
  • You will oversee all aspects of operations, including compliance, staffing, enrolments, budgets, community engagement, and educational leadership.
  • You will guide and mentor a team to deliver inclusive, play-based programs under the EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS.

About You

">
  • We are seeking a strong leader with proven management experience in early childhood education.
  • You must have in-depth knowledge of the NQF, Child Safe Standards, and sector regulations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Confidence in managing budgets, staffing, and centre operations is required.

Requirements

">
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (ECT highly regarded) is necessary.
  • You must hold a Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
  • A Police Check (and international if required) is also mandatory.
  • Additonal training in anaphylaxis, asthma, and mandatory reporting (or willingness to obtain) is expected.
