Embark on a challenging and rewarding career as a Robotics Controls Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology for warehouse automation, leveraging physics-based design principles.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in real-time embedded software, communication architecture, and control algorithm design. You will be responsible for architecting motion control frameworks for multi-axis robotic systems, designing and integrating communication architectures, and developing, simulating, and tuning control algorithms for position, velocity, torque, and force control.Additionally, you will lead sensor fusion and localization efforts to ensure robust, real-time state estimation, define motor and sensor strategies to meet performance, safety, and scalability requirements, and build and maintain simulation and automated test tools to prototype new control strategies.This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong background in control theory, kinematics, dynamics, and system modeling for electromechanical systems is essential.Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python for embedded and high-level control software, experience with motor control, sensor integration, and real-time operating systems, familiarity with CAN, pub/sub communication frameworks, distributed control architectures, and safety-critical system design standards are also required.As a Robotics Controls Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines to push the boundaries of warehouse robotics.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, simulate, and tune control algorithms for position, velocity, torque, and force control
