Senior Therapeutic Case Manager

Our organisation seeks a highly skilled Lead Therapeutic Services Manager to lead and support a clinical team, guiding staff and students in partnership building and performance monitoring. This role involves managing complex therapeutic cases, conducting assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans for individual and family needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical team performance, including supervision and guidance.
- Collaborate with young people, families, and care teams to create and monitor safety action plans and achieve therapeutic goals.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality face-to-face services across the northern region.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
This is an opportunity for a qualified Lead Therapeutic Services Manager who has a Bachelor's degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field, such as Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology or a related discipline. You will have experience working collaboratively with the family violence sector, including knowledge of the MARAM and Safe and Together frameworks.
A successful applicant will be subject to comprehensive reference and background checks prior to employment, including a Working with Children Check and National and International Police check if required.
