Highly Skilled Lead Quantum Mechanical Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quantum Mechanical Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge quantum technologies. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-precision mechanical systems that meet the demanding requirements of our quantum sensing applications.
In this role, you will work closely with physicists and engineers to develop innovative solutions for our quantum technology products. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our quantum technology, from conceptual design and prototyping to testing, verification, validation, and demonstrations in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, integrating, and supporting quantum sensors from requirements through to detailed mechanical design and testing.
- Collaborating with physicists and engineers to develop high-precision measurement systems.
- Participating in integration, test, and validation of newly commissioned sensors.
- Contributing to critical quantum sensing field trials with industry partners.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience delivering high-precision prototype mechanical designs.
- Strong expertise in CAD software such as Inventor or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in R&D environments with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
