Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to join our Marketing Business Services Procurement department. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in global sourcing and supplier strategies to deliver best value to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and advanced knowledge of data analytics. If you are passionate about building successful relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement procurement strategies for assigned portfolios/sub-portfolios, ensuring optimal value delivery.
  • Identify and assess potential suppliers, prepare and manage supplier selections, and finalize commercial agreements.
  • Establish effective working relationships between stakeholders, Procurement, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Lead projects to deliver strategic objectives across key areas such as sourcing excellence, partner engagement, contract management, responsible sourcing, savings, and cash optimization.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in a procurement role in a large complex organization.
  • Proven commercial negotiator and good communicator (fluent in English).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables), MS Powerpoint, and data analytics (minimum: PowerBI navigation).
