Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Scheduling Expertise Leader to drive our project schedules forward. This pivotal role demands expertise in integrating various tools, including MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Excel, to ensure seamless collaboration across technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule by gathering data from multiple sources, including ADO, and utilizing MS Project for effective resource allocation.
  • Track schedule changes against established baselines, ensuring timely adjustments to meet project objectives.
  • Support change request analysis, evaluating impact assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Design and maintain schedule-related reports for delivery teams, providing actionable insights into project progress.
  • Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and variances, guaranteeing alignment with project goals.
  • Develop PMO-level reporting using Power BI, enabling informed decision-making at the highest level.
  • Manage data loads and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Pillar Leads, Process Owners, Tech Delivery Leads, and Stream Leads to foster a cohesive team environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in scheduling best practices and tool management, driving organizational excellence.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in complex ERP or large-scale technology transformation programs as a Master Scheduler.
  • Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Azure DevOps, and Power BI, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Familiarity with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
