Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the level of care required for patients and set priorities accordingly.
  • Provide outpatient assessment and health promotion services to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses as appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an enrolled nurse (division 2) with the relevant authority.
  • At least two years of post-registration nursing experience within the last five years in an acute care or primary healthcare setting.
  • Recent participation in continuing professional development activities.
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe and high-quality care to patients.
