Job Title

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and serve cocktails to a consistently high standard.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, providing location information, and facilitating meaningful conversations.
  • To provide first-class service and be prepared to assist in the kitchen as needed.
  • To manage the cafe section, including preparing and displaying puddings and pastries.
  • To oversee the opening and closing of the cafe, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • To work extended hours during school holidays, as business tends to be busier and more constant.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.
