Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Staff member to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, making sandwiches, burgers, and other cafe items, and assisting in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte art
  • Make sandwiches, burgers, and other cafe items
  • Prepare don and udon dishes
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Train and supervise junior staff

Requirements:

  • Aged 30 or below
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent coffee-making skills, including latte art
  • Experience in Japanese or Korean cuisine preferred
  • Ability to prepare don and udon dishes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
