Experienced Deli Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in an Experienced Deli/Cafe role.

This multifunctional position requires a real passion for food, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare well-constructed food, platters, and custom orders
  • Engage with customers to ensure a full continental experience
  • Maintain high-quality food by following food safety standards
  • Manage inventory, goods receipting, and stock control effectively
  • Support teammates during busy periods and perform opening and closing procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers

This role operates 7 days a week, requiring flexibility with morning and afternoon shifts, weekdays, and weekends. A minimum of 2 years' deli/cafe experience is necessary, along with the ability to reside in Australia and hold the correct working visa (if required).
