
Building Exceptional Customer Experiences

This is a leadership role where you will oversee the daily operations of a customer service team. You will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality service is delivered to clients in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and motivate the customer service team to meet consistent performance levels.
- Problem Solving: Act as the point of contact for escalated calls and enquiries, providing solutions to resolve issues.
- Product Knowledge: Promote Home and Community services and products, ensuring all team members have a clear understanding of product offerings.
- System Updates: Ensure accuracy and timely update of information in Home and Community systems.
- Team Development: Facilitate regular team meetings to share feedback, provide coaching, and training as required.
- Leadership Role Model: Role model Catholic Healthcare values and contribute to service delivery leadership team.
- Customer Experience: Coach, supervise, and mentor Customer Care Team members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Performance Planning: Develop Individual Performance Plans based on annual Performance Development Discussions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with regional teams, including Care Advisors, Community Worker Team Leaders, and Regional Managers.
- Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or care environment, ideally in a call centre environment.
- Leadership Ability: Proven ability to motivate and lead staff.
- Technical Skills: Experience working effectively with various systems and technology, including client relationship management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Organisation Skills: Strong planning, prioritising, and organising skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Teamwork: Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
