**Growth and Talent Acquisition Specialist:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key business development role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing growth strategies and plans to obtain new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams;
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements, rates and proposals for clients;
  • Ensuring client sites meet occupational health and safety standards;
  • Providing support and shared resources with other members of the team;
  • Maintaining a collaborative work environment.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous recruitment experience in labour hire (blue and/or white collar) with a proven track record;
  • Full working rights in Australia;
  • Your own transport with a current driver's licence;
  • High competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Knowledge of Fasttrack desirable but not mandatory;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proven ability to negotiate, win business and build clientele;
  • Conflict resolution skills;
  • Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Able to accept delegated responsibilities;
  • Self-motivation;
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism;
  • Loyal to the organisation.

We offer a negotiable package depending on experience, base + commission, car allowance, mobile and laptop, full support from other members of the team, and flexibility within the workplace.
