You will work across local and regional projects, focusing on client management, project delivery, legislation analysis, and preparing and lodging applications.

Strong technical skills, excellent communication, self-motivation, and local knowledge are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strong client relationships
  • Project management and team coordination
  • Preparation of development applications
  • Planning assessment, investigation, and analysis of Queensland legislation, guidelines, and documentation for various project types
Essential Experience and Attributes:
  • Tertiary qualification in town planning
  • Minimum 6 years of industry experience
  • Local Gold Coast or SEQ planning and development knowledge
  • Experience with Development Assessment processes under the Planning Act 2016 and relevant legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian residency
