Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Territory Manager (WA/SA) to achieve territory targets by growing the Out of Home customer base through new business & competitor hitlists, increasing distribution, and winning in Independent Petrol & Convenience through compliance gains and ensuring accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and identify new net customer base opportunities.
  • Sales Opportunity for all Out of Home brands to be maximized in each customer.
  • Achieve NPD and Core Range distribution targets.
  • Implement agreed monthly targets.
  • Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area.
  • Meet Return on Investment criteria for discounts and capital.
  • Build and maintain Customer and CSR relationships.
  • Participate and comply with all approved company OH&S programs.
  • Ensure data is maintained and updated via CRM system.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Field Sales.
  • Developing Customer Relationships.
