About the Role
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in their designated territory, exceeding revenue targets through a structured customer call plan, conducting on-site product demonstrations, and providing hands-on support to both specialist trade dealers and end-users.
Key Requirements
The candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years in trade, industrial, or technical product sales.
- Hands-on experience with power tools – from work or personal projects.
- Proven success in direct selling and territory management.
- Skilled in effective product demonstrations and training.
- Strong communicator who builds lasting rapport with trade professionals.
- Familiar with CRM systems (salesforce preferably), Microsoft Suite (in particular Excel) and adept at organising your day.
