Job Opportunity:

A skilled and compassionate nursing professional is required to provide high-quality care to customers in their homes. The ideal candidate will be a key member of our integrated team, delivering evidence-based and person-centred nursing care.

This role allows the successful candidate to work at their full scope of practice, providing quality care across various settings and caseloads. Key responsibilities include conducting in-home clinical assessments, providing treatment for acute and chronic conditions, and managing medication, complex wound care, and urinary catheter insertion and management.

To succeed in this position, the candidate will require excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask. Experience working in acute, sub-acute, or community-based environments with diverse customer groups is highly regarded.

The successful candidate will possess current practice knowledge and at least 12 months' experience delivering care to patients receiving IV antibiotics via PICC lines, complex wound care including NPWT, and surgical drain management. A working knowledge of various funding streams and a valid driver's license are essential requirements.

  • Managing medication including IV antibiotics via PICCs
