Job Description

As a seasoned Registered Nurse with at least 10 years of experience, we are looking for an exceptional Care Designer to lead our team of caregivers and ensure our clients receive the highest level of care in the comfort of their own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing tailored care plans that foster positive relationships between clients and caregivers. This will involve meeting with potential clients to consult on premium home care services, overseeing client clinical care, and maintaining meticulous care documentation records.

Additionally, the Care Designer will play a key role in the management and development of our growing team of caregivers and nurses. This will include assisting in the recruitment and training of new staff members, as well as supporting the ongoing professional development of existing team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing meaningful client care plans that promote positive interactions between clients and caregivers
  • Consulting with potential clients on premium home care services
  • Overseeing client clinical care and maintaining accurate care documentation records
  • Supporting the management and development of our team of caregivers and nurses
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, AHPRA registration, CPR & First Aid certification, and a current Victorian driver's license. Strong communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role.

A strong passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care is vital. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and to adapt to changing priorities is also highly desirable.
