Home Care Assistant

Compassionate and dedicated individuals are sought to join our team as Home Care Assistants.
Job DescriptionWe require enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and planning healthy meals.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care (dressing, showering, grooming)
- Medication assistance
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Encouraging social engagement and independence
- Helping with light domestic duties (vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on people's lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
