About The Role

In the role of Manager, a day in your life will include:

  • Managing the execution of daily operations and running the store, including store cleanliness and presentation.
  • Planning and executing the store's activities, including rosters and marketing promotions.
  • Leading by example and driving Team Members to deliver memorable guest service and experience.
  • Managing people-related tasks, including recruitment, training, and development, coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and managing labor spend, stock levels, and other controllable expenses.
  • Building morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued.
  • Ensuring all quality standards are upheld at all times.
  • Preparing and serving dessert menu items, drinks, and other food items to the highest standard.
  • Completing in-house training to stay up-to-date.

About You

To be successful in the role of Manager, you will have:

  • Previous management experience of minimum two years is essential.
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead and effectively communicate with a team.
  • Energetic, positive, and guest-focused with a can-do attitude.
  • Passion for hospitality and love the energy that the industry brings.
  • Driven to provide exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team.
