About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at the Westin Perth, a premium 5-star hotel located in the CBD. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the housekeeping team, delivering the housekeeping benchmarks and overall housekeeping operations in accordance with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that your team is cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms and hotel public areas to our highest standards.
  • Establish and implement operational procedures and standards.
  • Manage the hiring of, rostering and performance of employees.
  • Train and mentor your team.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Inspect all assigned areas to ensure standards are met and maintained.
  • Set and adhere to budget controls.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure that the hotel is presented well.
Requirements
  • A professional attitude.
  • Extensive leadership experience.
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • A hands-on approach to work.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
