Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Risk Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading deliverables, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent consultancy projects for clients in various sectors, providing expert advice to improve risk management and operational efficiency.
  • Develop consultancy proposals outlining solutions to client challenges, supported by detailed research and analysis.
  • Perform strategic analysis on client operations, identifying gaps and bottlenecks, and providing recommendations to enhance risk management and performance.
  • Evaluate and review current systems and structures within client organizations, diagnosing business issues and delivering tailored recommendations.
  • Provide data-driven insights, utilizing various analytical tools to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations, working with client teams to guide the transition from analysis to action.
Business Development & Support:
  • Support internal business growth opportunities, including identifying and delivering on opportunities to uplift PX Partners' operational efficiency.
  • Nurture existing client relationships and conduct analyses to determine opportunities for PX Partners to grow its revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare business plans for consideration by Principals and implement new opportunities.

  • Engage in, and further enhance, opportunities to innovate risk and compliance to benefit everyone, in line with PX for Good.
Requirements
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in process improvement.
  • Proven experience in risk advisory and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree in business, finance, law, or a similar field.
  • Previous consultancy experience.
  • Previous industry experience.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 based on location and industry standards.
